Back from the long hols, it was back to reality aka work for me. thats why the lack of time to update. so be prepared for a very long post this time. hee ..

REDANG TRIP

left the house around 4pm on 080607. While the guys take the cab together with all our luggage to the woodlands checkpoint, we ladies took the public buses and meet them there. By the time we reached larkin johor, it was about 6+pm. Had dinner at Mc before following mum to buy our food supplies.

By 9pm, we were on our way .. yay-ness. slept 3/4 of the way with 1/4 of it waking up at the rest stop and waking up due to the neck pain i got.
Reached Kuala Terengganu at 5am exactly with me partly in la-la land. Since it was still really really early, we sat at a nearby closed coffee shop to wait till about 9am to buy the return bus tickets. The long wait nearly killed us but we siblings came up with lots of games to kill the time instead. Sometimes it's fun having lotsa siblings in times like this. waha.

After buying the return tickets, took a cab to the nearby jetty to buy the ship tickets to Pulau Redang. We had to wait for another 1hr and by the time all of us were not only hungry but literally dying. haiz..

Finally after soooo long, we were on our way to the island. tried to sleep during the 1 1/2hr ride but the air-con was on full blast (which i guez was about 16DC .. haa) and the movie ghostrider was blasted full blast oso. there goes my plan to sleep the whole way tru.

Upon reaching the island,we took a chartered us service to the hotel with our luggage being handled by the hotel staff for us. As soon as we reached our small cozy hotel-resort-like room, it was straight to bed for me as i suddenly felt feverish. And for the next 2 days i did fell sick. sob sob. I think for the 2 days i ate nearly 6 panadols before i recovered. On the 3rd day of the trip, mum woke me up bright and early to watch the sunrise at the beach. though we were abit late but still it was breath-taking as we lie on the sand and being the only 2 souls around.

For the next few days,our days were spent watching dvds from the portable dvd player we bought, playing pool and hanging out at the beach till dark. None of us intended to sign up for any of the resort activities which to think about it i dono why. But nonetheless all of us had fun minus the days i was sick. haa ..

Early friday morning at 6am, we were already at the hotel lobby to check-out as our ship/cruise leaves at 7am. Reached Kuala Terengganu at about 9am and once again more waiting for our 12pm bus ride back. But the bus only left the bus station about 1 1/2hrs later (haiz) and by the time we reached Larkin Johor at 9pm.

Me and my 3 bro took a taxi car all the way home from there with all our luggage while mum and 2 of my other sis took the bus. And that was it .. a week holidays which i feel is quite short. haha .. time flies when ur having fun. yupyup ...
