Went to Sentosa once again to finish up our 'assignment' and our free rides! Heez .. Accidentally, i woke up late. Actually shd be outta my hse at 9.30am but that was wen i woke up. So we postponed our meeting time to 11.30am. At harbourfront, we went off to lunch first coz we gonna be staying at sentosa till late evening.

Our first visit was at Fort Siloso. I thought it was gonna be a borin' place with all the history and stuff. But it turned out fun and interesting. We stay for nearly more than 3 hrs!!! haha .. We got so engrossed in all the wax people, the history, the tunnels and espacially the gift shop. haha .. for every other attractions that we visited later in the day, we always purchase something from the suvenior shops. Haiz .. now, the hole in my pocket is getting larger!!! haha

After Fort Siloso was the butterfly park. Eventhough it was a bit scary to visit the place with all the insects around but i was looking forward to hold on to a scorpion! Halfway tru exploring the place ourselves, an uncle who worked there approached us and gave us a tour of the place and helped us in answering the questions in the booklet. Before we left, i asked him whether i could hold on to a scorpion and he let me! wahaha .. though it was scary but it was sooo cool! Nad also had a go at it. But for su, even b4 the uncle approached her with the scorpion, she had ran away! hehe ..

Next, we had tea at the pizza place nearby as for us, TA students, we got to eat a 6" piiza and a drink for only $3.80!!! cheap huh!! and for any future visits to buy their pizza or the ice cream next door, we'll be getting 20%!!!!

After the delicious meal, we hop on to carlsberg sky tower whereby the tix guy was the same guy who was at Fort Siloso tix counter earlier! coincidence! The view from the top was spectacular! As it rotates 360 degress for a lot of time, u can see the whole sentosa from one end to the other. Wonderful!!!

Then it was the ride time!!! Cinemania!! I was so expecting it to be WoW .. but .. it was not that exciting. There i was on my seat trying to fool myself that it was fun ... but i so cant do it. Haha .. No wonder in the series Mr Bean, when he rode on one of this thingy, he adjusted the controls to make it go faster!

By the time we were out of the place, it was a few mins after 6. So we quickly headed to the merlion so that we could spend quite some time there b4 it closes at 8pm. Wen we first came in, we gotta watch this anime video about how S'pore got it's name as Singapura or Lion city. It was really acute video which ended up funnily. heez .. Then we headed up to the 10th floor to the mouth and head gallery but b4 that we had to inserta lucky sand dollar into the mouth of a small merlion statue where we could win a mystery prize. I won prize A which turned out to be a key chain.

On the 10th floor, we headed first to the mouth gallery whereby i helped the merlion make some roar sounds and then took some pixs there. Then we went up to the head gallery whereby sometin' really really really funnie happened ... hahaha ... by the time we went down again, we were last 3 ppl there.

After that, at first me and su decided to watch the musical fountain show at 8.40pm but then decided not to as we will have lots of opportunities. haha .. and so we three went home. nad took the mrt back while the two of us took 30 to bedok interchange to test out how long the journey is. Overall, the outing was a fun one! been laughing non stop with em'. Eventhough i just got to know em' the day b4, but we were as though known each other for quite some time. haha ..
